The Master/Detail Approval Center

The Approval Center is designed for speed. It uses a Master/Detail split-screen layout. On the left (20% of screen), you see a filterable list of requests. On the right (80% of screen), the full details load instantly without refreshing the page.

Inside the detail pane, you can:

• View the amount, status, and vendor instantly.
• Read the description and notes left by the submitter.
• Click any attachment (PDF or Image) to open it in our Inline Viewer. The document slides out on the right side of the screen, so you can look at the invoice while typing a comment or approving it.
• View the Workflow Stepper at the bottom, which visually tracks the bill's journey (Green checkmarks for approved steps, Indigo for the current step).
