Unbroken Audit Trails

For finance teams, an unbroken audit trail is the most critical feature. Every action taken on a bill is permanently recorded in the database. This includes who submitted it, who viewed it, who commented, who held it, and who approved it.

Crucially, these records cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, not even Administrators. If an admin deactivates a user, the user's name remains on the audit trail forever. This ensures perfect, undeniable compliance for internal finance audits and external regulatory reviews (e.g., VAT audits).
