Dashboard Bottlenecks & Aging Alerts

The Dashboard is your command center. It doesn't just list tasks; it gamifies responsiveness using color-coded timers based on how long a bill has been sitting in your inbox:

• Green (Under 4 hours): Fresh and on track.
• Yellow (4 to 24 hours): Getting warm, needs attention soon.
• Red (Over 24 hours): Bottleneck! You are slowing down the company's cash flow.

If a bill sits in anyone's inbox for over 3 days, it automatically moves to the Aging Alerts section at the top of the dashboard, ensuring absolutely nothing slips through the cracks.
