Creating Dynamic Workflows
The Workflow Builder is the heart of Approvdit. Go to Workflows and click "Create New". Give it a name (e.g., "Marketing Bills") and a description.
In the Pipeline editor, you can add unlimited phases (steps). For each phase, you can assign multiple approvers. You can set a condition:
- All: Every single assigned approver must click "Approve" for the bill to move forward.
- Any of: Only a specific number of approvers (e.g., 1 out of 3) need to approve it to keep things moving fast.
You can also set Deadlines (e.g., "Must be approved within 48 hours of submission"). If a deadline passes, the system flags it visually on the dashboard.
Workflow Versioning: If you edit a workflow (like adding a new step), it instantly creates a "Version 2" of the pipeline. Any bills already in flight will finish on the old version, ensuring in-flight requests are never broken by a process change. New submissions will use the new version.
