Building Custom Finance Reports

At the end of the month, finance teams need data for accounting. Instead of clicking through 100 individual bills, you can use the Finance Report Builder.

You can filter by Date Range, Vendor, Workflow, Status, and Currency. Then, using a visual drag-and-drop interface, you select exactly which columns you want in your Excel export (e.g., Date, Vendor Name, Amount, IBAN, GL Code). When you click generate, Approvdit builds a perfectly clean, formatted .xlsx file in real-time.

You can also save these filter combinations as Saved Templates, allowing you to generate the same report in one click next month.
