About Approvdit
Approvdit is an approval and decision workflow platform: requests enter governed pipelines, route to the right approvers through rule-based stages, and leave a tamper-evident audit trail, with approved data pushing to QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Xero (activated on request).
We are a team of finance professionals with one conviction: controls should be structural, not aspirational. A policy document says what should happen. Software can make it the only thing that can happen. That difference is the entire product.
Why we built it
Our team's working lives sit exactly where the product does: accounts payable, controls, month-end, and audit preparation. And we kept seeing the same failure at every growing company: approval processes that exist on paper and dissolve in email. Thresholds trusted to memory. Bank details typed from invoices. Audit findings that arrive two years after the decision that caused them.
Approvdit is the response: the controls a finance team would demand, segregation of duties, verified payees, immutable evidence, enforced by the system instead of remembered by the team.
What we believe
- A policy suggests; a structure enforces. The requester never sees the approve button; the $60,000 request cannot skip the CFO stage. Controls that survive busy months, not just quiet ones.
- Evidence or it didn't happen. A hash-chained audit trail that no administrator can edit, including ours. A decision you can prove in seconds, two years later.
- Verification beats trust. New payees wait in a verification queue; bank details come from the verified master, never from the document asking for money.
- Software bills shouldn't grow with headcount. Flat-rate pricing: $149/month covers the whole team, and hiring doesn't move the number.
